Located outside the town, the property is located in a sparsely built area on the border between the municipalities of Zero Branco and Mogliano Veneto. <\/p>\n
The complex, dating back to the eighteenth century, is currently in excellent condition following a restoration work carried out in the eighties, which put an end to a dangerous state of deterioration and restored the value of the villa, making it the site of new activities. At the beginning of the seventies, in fact, the National Combatants Association, the owner of the property, denounced the need to renovate at least the old roofs. The idea of transforming the building into a retirement home for war veterans was however difficult to realise due to lack of financial means; so in 1979, the villa was rented for thirty years to the municipal administration of Zero Branco, which later acquired it definitively transforming it into a socio-cultural center at the service of the citizens with library, rooms and rooms. for meetings and adjoining sports facilities. <\/p>\n
The building complex, located in the center of a vast park, has two distinct groups of buildings. Further north, there is the main building, which is joined by four other artifacts, to form an in-line structure that develops along an east-west axis, with a main south facing. At the western end there is a first modest volume, probably made in the nineteenth century to house a stable with a house on the upper floor.<\/p>\n
The complex of Villa Guidini is home to an important socio-cultural center that includes, in addition to the Villa itself, the Biblioteca Comunale G. Cozzi, the Auditorium Comunale G. Comisso and the Park. <\/p>\n
