The space<\/p>\n
The residence is located in a quiet and pleasant area.<\/p>\n
The main entrance is right in front of the Brenta River (this door can also be opened with a numerical combination).<\/p>\n
The structure features 4 rooms, each with a private bathroom, all located on the first floor.<\/p>\n
Each room is equipped with a king-size bed (185 x 200), two of which also have a comfortable double sofa bed; every room has a smart TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is private and has a shower, bidet, and toilet. In each stay, we provide shower gel, bed linen, and towels free of charge.<\/p>\n
The house offers free WI-FI<\/p>\n
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer, and has all the cutlery needed for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sugar, coffee, salt, and oil are available.<\/p>\n

The common lounge has informational brochures about the area.<\/p>\n
Bicycles are available for rent and by reservation.<\/p>\n
There is an option for guests to take advantage of a special arrangement with a local guide who speaks English and French for customized half-day excursions, even for small groups, or full-day ones.<\/p>\n

Please note that check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Check-in is done personally and by prior agreement on the arrival time; the person in charge will remain in contact with you to assist you at any time or need.<\/p>\n
However, we inform you that if necessary, from 10:00 a.m. onwards, we can still accommodate you, always by prior arrangement, to leave your luggage in storage, at no additional cost, but the rooms cannot be used until 2:00 p.m. due to the time needed for cleaning (however, if you inform us in advance, we will do our best to have the accommodation ready as soon as possible).<\/p>\n
IMPORTANT: After 8:30 p.m. there will be a surcharge of 20 euros. If you want to avoid this surcharge, it is possible to check in independently, keeping in mind that the following morning, the person in charge of the property will come to inform you about the equipment, house rules, and anything else related to and of interest for your stay.<\/p>\n
In the event that we cannot receive you or if we do not have timely information to arrange the check-in, you can use the self check-in option.<\/p>\n
Upon arrival, guests must provide a valid identification document.<\/p>\n
It is not allowed to introduce into the house people whose identification document has not been registered or without the owner’s consent.<\/p>\n
In the common room, there are informational brochures about areas to visit.<\/p>\n

The host is available to make your stay more enjoyable and to recommend local gastronomic attractions.<\/p>\n
Having an important ice cream parlor in the area awarded by the international magazine “Il gambero rosso,” the host can organize a small tasting tour of different types of ice cream from the era for the guests, in addition to various culinary options from the area, highly recognized both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n
