The area in which is located the new Teatro di Mirano identified by the plan of the historic center as an implementation plan "Cime" and the last offshoot east of the historic center, in the junction between the canal Cut and the provincial road Via della Vittoria. The project is based on the premise of creating a recognizable element at the entrance of Mirano.
