Born as a valid alternative to our historic restaurant Oca Bianca on via Taglio Sinistro, the new Bistrot continues the same tradition of culinary excellence in a more intimate and fashionable environment.

The Oca Bianca Bistrot was created with the idea of offering guests a refined and trendy atmosphere in the city center, where they can enjoy exclusive culinary delights. Our cuisine focuses on local specialties, with particular attention to raw fish and other local delicacies. A fundamental role is played by the aperitif moment: in addition to the more important dinners, which usually take place on the upper floor, it is possible to taste exclusive cicchetti ranging from a wide selection of wines and cocktails.
