Production and sale of the typical asparagus: "Asparago di Giare".

Immediately behind the lagoon, the cultivation of this vegetable characterizes the landscape. Wide furrows separated by small embankments: it is a cultivation that requires, like few others, great work in the fields.

The plant must be maintained continuously and the soil of Giare lends itself perfectly to its cultivation: light soils, preferably a little sandy, silty and very deep. All requirements that are easily found on the lagoon shore.

From Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00

Closed on sundays.
