Tomato Festival

The Tomato Festival of Cappella di Scorzè is one of the most anticipated events of the Venetian summer, a celebration that has, for over fifty years, honored the connection between the territory, agriculture, and local culinary tradition.

In the heart of one of the most important horticultural areas in the province of Venice, the festival pays tribute to the tomato, a symbol of Cappella di Scorzè's agricultural excellence, with a rich program of initiatives dedicated to all ages. Next to the food and wine stands, where visitors can taste traditional dishes prepared with local products, there are musical performances, sports events, family entertainment, exhibitions, demonstrations, and moments of conviviality.

Organized by the Pro Loco of Scorzè thanks to the dedication of numerous volunteers, the event represents an important opportunity to discover local traditions, enhance agricultural production, and experience the authentic atmosphere of village festivals.
