Sailing through the fishing valleys of the Lagoon

Boat excursion accompanied by an authentic and evocative tale, interwoven with centuries-old traditions, ancient casoni, place names that evoke distant stories, and legends of fishermen and hunting that still animate the lagoon today.

The departure takes place from the Canal del Cornio, an ancient branch of the Brenta River, along which it is possible to observe numerous bird species that find food and shelter in the shallow waters of the bends.
Following the banks of the lowland areas, we reach the Fishing House of Valle Zappa, the first stop of the tour where we will make a brief stop (without getting off the boat), to admire and photograph from the boat the particular and unusual architecture narrated by the guide.
We then navigate towards Valle Figheri, to admire the historic Padovana Tower, once used for bird watching, and, when the tide allows, the evocative Casone Labia.
The highlight of the excursion is the stop at the enchanting stilt house La Pettegola, once used for mussel processing, where you can enjoy an aperitif surrounded by a unique panorama: velme and barene stretch to the horizon, while the ruins of the old valley casoni and the charming Casone di Valle Zappa complete the scenery of this magical place.
