Agricultural Market

The market brings together producers and farmers from the Riviera del Brenta area, selected by the Slow Food Conductor according to the principles of good, clean, and fair production.

The initiative promotes local seasonal products, fostering direct encounters between producers and the community, with particular attention to biodiversity and food culture.

As part of the event, the Slow Food Presidia for the Honey of the Barena in the Venetian Lagoon will be presented, featuring a tasting booth for the honey produced by the new presidium and workshops dedicated to the world of honey conducted in collaboration with the Torronificio Scaldaferro.

The day will also include meetings and discussions on the topic of bee biodiversity and the protection of wetland environments, in a context that combines market, tasting, and education.
