The space
Featuring two private bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and two sinks, the apartment comes with a spacious equipped kitchen and private parking (also for campers). Small and medium-sized dogs are allowed (with prior notice). Quiet apartment, nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop.
– CHECK-IN: Please note that check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Check-in is done personally and with prior agreement on the arrival time, the person in charge will stay in touch with you to assist you at any time or need.
However, we inform you that if there is a need, starting from 10:00 a.m. onwards, we can still welcome you, always with prior agreement, to leave your luggage in storage at no extra cost, but the rooms cannot be used until 2:00 p.m. due to the time needed to clean them (however, if you notify us in advance, we will do our best to have the accommodation ready as soon as possible).
IMPORTANT: After 8:30 p.m. there will be an additional charge of 20 euros. If you wish to avoid this surcharge, it is possible to perform self check-in, keeping in mind that the following morning the facility manager will come to inform you about the equipment, house rules, and everything concerning and of interest for your stay.
In the event that we cannot receive you or if we do not have information in time to organize check-in, self check-in mode can be used.
– CHECK-OUT: it is necessary to vacate the rooms no later than 10:00 a.m.
Guest access
Guests can access the parking area and garden. Important: dog owners are asked to AVOID leaving them loose in these areas.

The dependance is an excellent alternative for visiting Venice, without having to pay the high rates of parking near the historic center, as it can be reached by bus or directly by bike from Fusina (30 minutes).
