Le erbe spontanee in cucina: dalla terra alla tavola

The Pro Loco of Fossò, in collaboration with the Municipality of Fossò, organizes two evenings dedicated to the knowledge of spontaneous plants that grow in the local areas.

The initiative includes informational meetings focused on the use of wild herbs in cooking, from foraging to preparation on the table.

The speaker for the meetings is Michela Simonato, author of the book Wild Herbs from My Home, which gathers ancient knowledge, photographs, and detailed recipes of the most common spontaneous plants.

The events will be held at the Pro Loco headquarters in Fossò.

The initiative is aimed at those who wish to deepen their understanding of the natural resources of the area and their use in the culinary field.
