The cuisine curated by the young chef Tommaso De Marchi, winner of the "Montegrande Best Chef Veneto Under 30" award, offers two tasting routes, one traditional and one innovative: appetizers based on cold cuts, vegetarian courses and fresh fish, first courses with homemade pasta, grilled meat seconds, angus, foal, grilled specialties , grilled meat and much more. Continuing with delicious cheeses, and then closing with desserts from our pastry shop.
