Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.30. You pay for the food you take away.
For entry and exit there are no times to be respected, guests can go out and return as they please. Please advise if the return will take place after midnight. The keys will be handed over
Inside the Bed & Breakfast, for hygienic reasons and for any allergies from other customers, pets are not allowed (dogs can stay in the garden).
You cannot smoke inside the premises, only in the garden.
It is always forbidden to prepare and eat meals in the rooms.
Please note that, on the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10The building includes the central body of an eighteenth-century villa overlooking the Naviglio del Brenta. It is included, together with the adjacent building, in the regional catalog of Venetian villas. On the ground floor are the hall, the library and the kitchen. On the first floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the back there is a large tree-lined garden where you can park your car.
