Cousins Moira and Paul sneak into the home of Mr. James, a grumpy and embittered old man, to search for their friend Tommy's ball and get caught. The girl manages to convince him to give them time to find it, and while they rummage around, a figure resembling the famous Peter Pan appears along with the book of adventures of the Neverland. Paul then has a doubt: what if Mr. James is actually Peter Pan?
