Music with LIA TISO, violin; PIETRO PERINI, organ

Lia Tiso is a violinist who was born and lives in the Riviera del Brenta between Venice and Padua. She studied under the guidance of D. Bogdanovich, with whom she obtained her diploma in the old system at the G. Rossini Conservatory in Pesaro. Subsequently, she obtained her second-level degrees in 20th-century chamber music and violin at the F. Venezze Conservatory in Rovigo, both with the highest honors. She attended advanced courses in Duino, Bergamo, Florence, and Vicenza with various teachers including L. Spierer.
She won second prize, with first prize not awarded, at the Città di Grosseto Violin Competition. She has numerous solo and chamber concerts to her credit, performing in venues such as Liviano, S. Giustina, and the Odeon Cornaro in Padua, and the Teatro Concordia in Pordenone. She participated in the International Art Workshop in Montepulciano. Her repertoire ranges from baroque music to contemporary music. In orchestral settings, she has collaborated with the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Bologna Municipal Theater, the Orchestra of Padua and Veneto, the Maderna Orchestra, and the City of Ferrara Orchestra, holding the position of first part and concertmaster as well. From symphonic to operatic repertoire, she has performed in venues such as the Sala Verdi and the Teatro dal Verme in Milan, the Municipal Theater and Manzoni in Bologna, the Municipal Theater of Ferrara, the San Carlo in Naples, the Regio Theater in Parma, the Fabbri Theater in Forlì, the Stelio Moro Auditorium in Lugano, Suntory Hall, and the Musa Kawasaki Concert Hall in Tokyo, as well as the Kyoto Concert Hall. She has collaborated with artists such as G. Takacs-Nagy, R. Buchbinder, M. Maisky, G. Kremer, S. Chang, M. Pletnev, A. and M. Quarta, J. Pratt, and S. Bollani.
She has participated in numerous recordings with record labels including Naxos. She collaborates with LuMi Edizioni, a music publishing house in Rome. She plays a Franco Simeoni made in Treviso in 1997.

PIETRO PERINI He graduated brilliantly in conducting, studying at the "Giuseppe Verdi" Conservatories in Milan and "Gian Battista Martini" in Bologna with masters Gabriele Bellini, Daniele Gatti, Maurizio Benini, and later perfected his skills with Emil Tchakarov, Nicola Rescigno, Donato Renzetti, Angelo Campori, Massimo De Bernart, L. Jia, and G. Gelmetti.
He also graduated in composition, piano, harpsichord, and electronic music at the “Benedetto Marcello” Conservatory in Venice.
In 1993, he won the conducting competition "Toti Dal Monte - La Bottega" in Treviso, working in the opera season of the Treviso Municipal Theater as a conductor and personal assistant to masters Peter Maag and Evelino Pidò.
As a conductor, he has worked on the following opera productions: "La Sonnambula" by V. Bellini, "Rigoletto" by G. Verdi at the Treviso Municipal Theater, "The Barber of Seville" by G. Rossini at the V. Emanuele Theaters in Messina and the Treviso Municipal Theater, "Mitridate, Re di Ponto" by W.A. Mozart at the Teatro Regio in Turin, "La Traviata" by G. Verdi at the V. Emanuele in Messina, "Anna Bolena" by G. Donizetti and “L’amico Fritz” by P. Mascagni at the Monte Carlo Opera Theater (Principality of Monaco). He has conducted in summer lyric circuits and in theaters in Veneto the operas “The Barber of Seville” by G. Rossini, “The Elixir of Love” by G. Donizetti, “La Bohème” by G. Puccini, Orfeo ed Euridice by Gluck, “Cavalleria Rusticana” by Mascagni and “I Pagliacci” by Leoncavallo, “La Traviata” by G. Verdi, working with important orchestras such as the Orchestra dell'Angelicum, the Orchestra dei Pomeriggi Musicali, the European Union Youth Orchestra, the Philharmonia Veneta Orchestra, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo, the Orchestra of Padua and Veneto…
